We do a lot of fabrication and technical work here. The workshop can get pretty loud with all the machines running. It’s a hands-on kind of place. You won't find many people in ties here; we’re usually in work clothes and maybe a bit of grease. We’ve been in Sanjay Nagar for a good stretch of time. The neighborhood knows us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to finish the jobs we have on the floor. It’s a lot of measuring, cutting, and welding most days. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes we have to stay late to get a piece of equipment right. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we do, you just come to the back and look at what’s being built. It’s honest, hard work.
