We’ve been at No. 65 N S Palya for quite a while now. If you know Bannerghatta Road, you know how busy it gets around here. Our building isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Most of us have been coming here for years, dealing with the traffic and the noise of the main road. I. C Pharmaceuticals is basically just a group of people trying to keep things running smoothly. We spend a lot of time in the office or checking on the stock. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the boxes go out to where they need to be. Sometimes the rain makes the road a mess, but we still show up. We don't really do big meetings or fancy presentations. It's more about sitting at the desks, answering the phone, and making sure the orders are correct. N S Palya has changed a lot since we first started, with new shops popping up all the time. But we’re still here in the same spot. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have our routines. We take our breaks, talk about the day, and then get back to it. It’s just a normal workplace, really. No one here is trying to be a superstar, we just want to do the job right and head home to our families at the end of the day. That’s how it’s always been for us at No. 65.
