Banjara Restaurant

Banjara Restaurant is at No.32/3 on Crescent Road in Bangalore. We are in the 560001 area. If you know where Mallige Hospital is, we are right next to it. Also, the Race Course Road is just on the other side. It is a very busy corner of the city. There are always ambulances or people going to the hospital, and then you have the crowd from the race course nearby. Our building sits right there in the middle of it all. We have been serving people here for quite a while. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for years. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve. The kitchen gets hot, especially in the afternoons. We see a lot of different people because of the location. Some are doctors, some are visitors for the patients, and others are just passing through Crescent Road. We keep the place running from morning until the night. It is a steady rhythm. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just make sure the food is ready and the place is open when it should be. It is just a regular restaurant near a hospital. We try to be a reliable place for the people who are in this part of Bangalore every day.
