Bangalore Machine Tools

We are located up on the first floor at 207 Kalasipalyam. Being on the first floor means we have to haul everything up the stairs, which keeps us in shape, I guess. Kalasipalyam is one of those places that never really sleeps. There are trucks and buses moving all the time, and the air is full of the smell of the market. Bangalore Machine Tools is a small operation, mostly just us surrounded by heavy metal parts and old catalogs. We have shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling, filled with different tools and bits that people might need for their workshops. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow when we’re trying to move a large crate, but we’ve gotten good at it over the years. We usually have a radio playing in the background to drown out some of the street noise. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s just a place where tools are kept and sold. People come up the stairs looking for something specific, and we spend a lot of time digging through boxes to find the right size. It gets dusty, and the floorboards creak a bit, but it’s our space. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. Most of the people who come in are regulars who know exactly where to find us. We just keep our heads down and try to provide what folks are looking for without too much fuss.
