Bangalore International Public School

Bangalore International Public School is right on Subramanyapura Main Road. The specific address is 58/2 in Chikkallasandra. If you know the area, you know that the main road can get pretty packed with scooters and cars. We are right in the middle of it. The school has been here for a while. It’s a solid building that fits into the neighborhood. We don't have a massive campus like some of those schools way out in the outskirts, but we make use of every bit of space we have. There’s always a bit of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a few days. The front gate is where everything happens in the morning. It’s a bit of a squeeze when the parents are dropping off their kids. We have the usual setup inside. Rooms are filled with desks and books. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just normal life in Bangalore. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the daily tasks. The staff usually grabs tea from the local spots nearby during their breaks. It feels like a real part of the Chikkallasandra community. Most of us have been working here for years. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It’s just a regular school where we work hard every day without much fuss. We try to keep the hallway lights off when they are not needed.
