Our kitchen is tucked away in Nagarbhavi, specifically in the 9th Block of the 2nd Stage. If you are driving on the New Ring Road, we are quite close to that area. We are at number 538 on 5th Cross. It’s a busy place, especially in the early hours of the morning when the stoves are all lit and we are preparing large quantities of food. You’ll see big steel vessels and crates of vegetables being moved around. We aren't a fancy restaurant where you sit down to eat; it’s more about the cooking and packing here. The team is always on their feet, chopping, stirring, and making sure everything is loaded into the vans on time. Nagarbhavi has grown so much lately, and the traffic on the ring road is always a bit much, but we managed to find this spot that works for us. The smell of sambar and rice often fills the lane. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and our cooks doing the daily work. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there are multiple orders for the same morning, but we just get through it. The floor is usually wet from cleaning, and there's always a stack of containers waiting to be washed. It is hard work, but it’s what we do every day here in our corner of Nagarbhavi. We often have to check the gas cylinders every night to make sure we don't run out.
