B P Engineering Works

Our workshop is located at 116 Whitefield, out on the Goravigiri Hosakota Main Road. We are near the Kanmangala Post in the Goravigere area. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but there is plenty of space for the heavy engineering work we do. The building is basically a large shed with high ceilings and concrete floors. It gets quite loud during the day because of the machinery and the tools being used. There is usually a bit of dust in the air and the smell of cut metal is everywhere. We spend most of our time on the shop floor measuring things and running the machines. It is physical work and our clothes often end up with grease or dirt on them by the end of the shift. The main road outside has a lot of trucks and tractors passing by, so it never feels truly quiet. We have a small corner with a table where we keep the blueprints and some logbooks to track the jobs. It isn't a fancy place, just a functional engineering works where we fix things and make parts. We have a few regular customers who come by to check on their orders or bring in new projects. The weather can make it hot inside during the summer, so we keep the big doors open for air. It’s a practical, hardworking atmosphere where we just focus on the metalwork and getting things done right.
