Our workshop is at 25 Banneraghatta Road, over in the 1st Stage. It’s a loud place because of the machines running all day. Ayyappa Cnc Pvt Ltd is really more about the floor than the office. There’s usually a bit of grease on the floor and the smell of cut metal in the air. We’ve got a few CNC machines that take up most of the space, and the guys are always checking the settings or changing tools. Banneraghatta Road is always jammed with traffic, so the sound of horns blends in with the hum of our equipment. We aren't trying to be anything fancy; we just make parts and components. Our desks are tucked into a corner where we keep the blueprints and the invoices. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the big doors open for some air. Most of our workers have been with us for years and know exactly how the machines behave. We don’t spend much on decorations; we’d rather have good tools. It’s a practical environment where everyone knows their job. Sometimes customers drop by to check on their orders, and we just talk to them right there on the shop floor. It’s a bit dusty and noisy, but it’s where we do our best work. We’ve been at this location for a long time now.
