You can find us in Ulsoor, specifically on the second floor of building number 28/1. The street is called Milkman Street, which is a bit of an old name for this part of town. We are situated right behind the Istha Hotel, so that’s usually how people find their way to us if they get lost. Being on the second floor means we have to carry everything up and down the stairs, which keeps us busy. It’s not a very big office, just a workspace where we handle our daily business. Ulsoor is a very old neighborhood, so the streets are narrow and there is always something going on outside. We hear the sounds from the hotel nearby and the general noise of the city. Our day usually starts with checking the inventory and making calls. It’s mostly just paperwork and managing orders. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist at a marble desk. It’s just us working at our desks, surrounded by files and samples. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of working in this area. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It’s a practical spot for what we do, and being near the hotel makes it easy to give directions to anyone coming to meet us. There is a small tea stall at the corner where we usually take our breaks.
