Aysha Catering

Aysha Catering is located over in Koramangala 8th Block, pretty close to Shiva Theater. We’ve been at this address on 1st E Cross for quite some time. It’s a busy part of town, so things are always moving around here. We handle a lot of cooking for different events, whether it’s a small family gathering or something a bit bigger. Our kitchen is usually buzzing with activity. We start early, getting the fires going and sorting out the vegetables. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just making sure the food is ready and tastes right. We don't spend money on fancy ads or anything. We just focus on the cooking. Sometimes we’re so busy we barely have time to talk, but that’s just how the catering business goes. Being near the theater means there’s always people passing by. We like the energy of Koramangala. It keeps us on our toes. We use traditional methods because that’s what we know best. Our team is small but we’ve worked together for years. We know each other's rhythms in the kitchen. If the rice needs more time, we give it more time. We don't rush the important parts. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. You can find us easily enough if you look for the 1st E Cross sign.
