Ayps Kitchen

We've been running Ayps Kitchen from Gagan Apartments in Sultan Palya for a while now. It's tucked away right behind the SBI Bank in R T Nagar. Most people find us through word of mouth. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen prepping ingredients every morning. It’s a small operation, just a few of us working together to get orders ready. Sometimes the mornings get a bit chaotic when we're trying to finish everything on time, but we manage. We aren't a big fancy restaurant or anything like that. It's just a regular spot where we cook stuff that tastes like home. We focus on the basics. People stop by after visiting the bank or if they live nearby in the apartments. We don't have a massive menu, just things we know how to make well. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we do. We like being part of the Sultan Palya area. It’s got a good vibe and the neighbors are friendly. If you’re around R T Nagar, you’ll probably see us unloading supplies or packing up boxes. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big secrets, just a lot of chopping and stirring. We've learned a lot about what locals like over the years. It’s hard work, but seeing someone enjoy a meal makes it feel worth it. We're usually here from early morning till we run out of things for the day.
