Aventies Pharma Limited

You can find us at Aventies Pharma Limited, located at D Brindavan on Bilekahalli Main Road, just off Banner Ghat Road. This part of Bilekahalli is always moving, with people heading to work or the shops nearby. Our building, D Brindavan, is a familiar spot for those of us who have been here for years. It’s a practical space that fits our needs well enough. We don’t have any big neon signs or anything like that. It’s just a regular office where we handle our business. Most days involve a lot of coordinating and checking on things. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s names and a bit about each other’s families. It makes the workday go by a bit faster. The road outside can get pretty loud with all the buses and bikes, but once you’re inside, it’s relatively calm. We focus on the tasks at hand and don’t worry too much about the latest trends in office design. We’ve got old desks that have seen better days, but they work just fine for us. There’s a little tea stall just down the road where we often meet up before starting the morning. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We just aim to be consistent and show up ready to work. Some days are long, but we usually manage to get everything sorted before it's time to lock up.
