We’re way up on the 12th floor of Block N1 in Rachenahalli. It’s a big building, and being this high up gives us a pretty good view of the surrounding area, especially when it’s not too hazy. The office is full of different departments all working on various parts of the pharmaceutical business. It’s a lot of cubicles and meeting rooms, typical for a place this size. We spend most of our day on the computer or in discussions about production and logistics. The elevators can take forever during the lunch break when everyone is trying to get down at once. There’s a lot of security to get through before you even reach our floor, which is just how it is in these big blocks. We’ve been in this Rachenahalli location for a while now. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the office itself is decent. We don’t really have customers walking in off the street since everything is handled at a much larger scale. It’s mostly just us and the other companies in the building. We keep things moving, dealing with the various requirements of the industry. Sometimes it feels like a bit of a maze in here with all the different sections, but you get used to it after a few weeks. It’s just a standard, busy workplace where everyone has their own specific role to play in the company.
