Architecture/Interior Design

Our workspace is at 65/1 on the 2nd Main Road in Yeshwanthpur. If you know where L.C.R. School is, we are located right behind it in the Mathikere Post area. It is a busy part of Bangalore-560045, so there is always a lot of noise from the school and the street. We do architectural drawings and interior design for houses and small shops. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few computers and a lot of old files and site maps lying around. It is not the kind of place with a polished reception desk. Usually, we are just sitting at our desks or out at a site measuring things. The address has a few strange characters in the records sometimes, but everyone locally just knows it as the 2nd Main. We spend most of our time figuring out where walls should go and how to make the plumbing work in tight spaces. It’s a lot of practical, everyday work. We don’t have a big team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from drafting to talking to the city office about permits. Some days are slow and we just sit around sketching, and other days we are rushing to meet a deadline. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and like being close to the local markets. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job for the people here.
