Archintes Architects & Engineers

We set up Archintes Architects & Engineers over in Rajajinagar, specifically at 70/A on 30th Cross in the 2nd Block. It's a good spot in a well-established part of Bangalore. The office is a bit of a mix of old and new things. We have the usual computers and stuff, but also some old drafting tools that we still keep around for no real reason. It's a space where we handle both the architectural side and the engineering parts of a project. Usually, there are a couple of us debating over a plan or checking some structural math. It gets a bit loud when we all start talking at once. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing; we're just regular people who know how to put a building together properly. The neighborhood is fairly busy, but our street isn't too bad for noise. We spend a lot of time on-site, so sometimes the office is empty for a few hours during the day. If you're looking for us, it's best to call first because we might be out checking on a foundation or something. We try to be practical about things and not overcomplicate the designs. It's about making sure the building is solid and looks okay. We've been in this 560010 area for a bit and we like the community here. It’s just a straightforward business where we do the work.
