Angel Music Academy

Angel Music Academy is tucked away at Whitefield No. 149. It's a pretty simple place, honestly. You walk in and you'll likely hear someone practicing scales or trying to get a rhythm right. We aren't one of those massive, polished institutions. It’s more of a local spot where people who actually like music come to hang out and learn. The building at number 149 is where we spend all our hours. Some days are louder than others, depending on who is in for a lesson. Whitefield has changed a lot over the years, but we’re just doing our thing here. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just instruments and some chairs. Sometimes the tea runs out and someone has to go grab more. It's a relaxed atmosphere, maybe a little messy with sheet music everywhere, but that’s how it goes when you're working with music. People find their way to us and we just start with whatever instrument they want to try. It’s not complicated. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and the students. If you’re looking for a place that feels real and doesn’t care about being corporate, this is where we are. It’s just about the sound and the practice. Nothing more to it than that, really.
