Amruth Drug House

I've been running Amruth Drug House here in Wilson Garden for a while now. We’re tucked away on 14th Cross, specifically No.93A, right near the Hari Lakshmi Theatre. It’s a busy little spot on 8th Main Road. Dealing with medicines is mostly what we do. People come in from all around Bangalore, looking for stuff their doctors wrote down. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cramped when several folks arrive at once, but that's just how it is. We keep the shelves stocked with the usual health things you'd expect. Finding us isn't too hard if you know where the theatre is. I spend most of my day behind the counter, checking boxes and talking to the regulars who live around here. It isn't a fancy place with bright lights or anything, just a basic medical store. We try to keep track of what people need so we don't run out of the common items. If you're walking down 8th Main, you'll probably spot our sign. It's a straightforward setup. We open early and stay until the evening. Sometimes I have to call around if a specific item isn't on the shelf, but we manage. Living and working in this part of Bangalore keeps us pretty occupied. It’s a decent neighborhood to be in. We’ve seen the streets change over the years, but the shop stays pretty much the same. I guess that's the way it is with these neighborhood places. We don’t have any big plans to expand. Just staying here and doing what we do is enough.
