American Mnc Call Centre

We are located in Sector 40 C of Manjunath Nagar. It’s a fairly quiet area compared to some of the main commercial hubs, which is nice for a place like American Mnc Call Centre. Our space is set up for people to handle calls and manage their screens all day. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it works for what we need. You’ll see a lot of headsets and rows of desks when you walk in. The building itself is pretty plain and blends in with the others. We spend a lot of time here, often working different shifts because of how things are timed. There’s usually someone around at all hours of the day or night. We have a small break room where people sit to eat their tiffin and talk about their day. Outside in Manjunath Nagar, things are mostly residential with a few small stores nearby where we get snacks or tea. The walk from the main road isn't too long, but it can be dusty. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet gets slow, and we just have to wait it out like anyone else. It’s a group of people just trying to get through the daily queue of work. We don’t have fancy paintings on the walls or leather chairs. It’s just a practical environment where the focus is on staying connected and getting things sorted. It can be tiring, but the team here is okay and we generally get along well. We try to keep things calm even when it’s busy.
