Our office is located over in RT Nagar at Manjunatha Layout. We are at number 27 on the 3rd Cross. It is a decent spot in Bangalore, though the roads can be a bit narrow for bigger vehicles to pass through easily. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the middle of the residential houses and other small offices. It feels more like a neighborhood than a big corporate park, which I think most of us prefer. The building is okay, just a standard structure with stairs that we climb every morning. We do various engineering and tech tasks here throughout the day. Usually, the office opens around nine and we stay until the work is finished. There are a few trees outside that give some shade, which is nice during the summer months in Karnataka. We have a small pantry where we keep the kettle for making coffee and tea. It is not a very large place, but we have enough room for everyone to sit and work on their laptops. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs bark quite a bit, but it’s just part of being in RT Nagar. We don't really do big meetings or anything flashy; it is mostly just us sitting at our desks and making sure the projects are moving along. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. We've been here for years at Altran Technologies India.
