Alpha Customer Care

Alpha Customer Care is situated over in Basavanagudi at number 77. The building is called West Gate Point and it sits right on R V Road. If you know Basavanagudi, you know it has a lot of history and old trees, though R V Road itself is quite modern with the metro line running nearby. Being at West Gate Point means we see a lot of people passing by on their way to the park or the temples. The office isn't very large. We have some chairs for people to sit in while they wait and a counter where we talk to everyone. It gets busy in the middle of the day, and sometimes the phone rings so much it feels like it won't stop. We just take it one person at a time. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know the routine pretty well. R V Road can get quite noisy when the traffic builds up, but the West Gate Point building is solid enough that it stays mostly quiet inside. We don't have much in the way of decorations, maybe a calendar on the wall and some old pens. It is just a place where people bring their problems and we try to sort them out. It’s a practical spot in a nice part of town. Most days are pretty much the same, just keeping things organized and making sure the door is open on time.
