We are located in Shop Number 30 on the first floor of the Flora Complex. This is right on Lal Masjid Bstreet in the Sulthangunta part of Shivajinagar. It’s also near Jumma Masjid Road. If you know Bangalore, you know this area is always packed with people and shops. Our office is tucked away on the first floor, which gives us a little bit of a break from the busy street level, though you can still hear the vendors and the traffic all day long. We have a modest space here where we work on architectural layouts and building plans. It’s not a fancy office with leather chairs; it’s more about the drawing tables and the files we keep stacked up. We spend most of our time looking at dimensions and trying to figure out how to make things fit into the spaces people have. The Flora Complex is an older building, so it has its quirks, but we like it here. It feels like we are right in the middle of where things are being built and sold. We don't spend money on glossy brochures. Instead, we just show people what we are working on right then and there. It’s a hands-on kind of job. Sometimes we have several people crowded around one desk looking at a single plan. It’s how we’ve always done it, just working through the details one by one until the client is satisfied with the layout. We stay fairly busy with visitors from the neighborhood.
