Akhera Drug House

We are based out in the Peenya Industrial Area of Bangalore. It’s a very different vibe compared to the residential parts of the city. There are big factories and trucks everywhere you look. It’s quite loud and the air always feels a bit heavy with dust and smoke. Our shop is right in the middle of all that. We mostly supply to the people working in the industries around here. I spend a lot of my time checking the manifest and making sure the loaders don't drop anything. It’s a rough and tumble kind of place. We don't have any nice decorations or soft chairs. It’s just metal shelves and concrete floors. Sometimes the rain makes the roads out here really muddy and it's a mess getting into the office. We just wipe our boots and keep going. My boss is a practical man and doesn't like wasting time on small talk. We get the orders in and we ship them out. It’s a simple routine. We’ve been here for a few years and the area just keeps growing more crowded with new warehouses. It makes it harder to find parking but that’s just Bangalore for you. We keep our heads down and do the work. It’s an honest living in a busy part of town. Most of our customers are regular delivery drivers who are always in a rush to get back on the road.
