Ajit Industries

Our workshop is located down Gottigere Road in the Kothnur Village area, right near the old Khodays Glass Factory. This part of Bangalore is very industrial, so it’s always busy with trucks and heavy machinery moving around. We have been operating out of this site for a while now. The road outside can get quite dusty and bumpy, especially when it rains, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Inside the gates, it’s mostly the sound of work being done and people moving things around. We don’t have a fancy office or a showroom; it’s just a practical workspace where we get things made. Most of our day is spent handling orders and making sure the machines are running properly. It’s not a quiet job, and by the end of the day, everyone is usually pretty tired. We are tucked away a bit, so people usually have to look for the landmark of the glass factory to find us. The neighbors are all other small industries and warehouses, so we all know each other and the local tea stall guys. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork if we can help it. We’d rather be on the floor seeing how the work is going. It's a straightforward business, and we just try to keep up with the daily schedule and get the deliveries out on time for our customers.
