We have our small setup at No.17/A in Shakambari Nagar. This is part of the Mahalakshmipuram Layout area. It is a quiet neighborhood mostly, which we like. Aithal Caterers is not some big company with a hundred branches. It is just us here. We handle the cooking for all sorts of things, like birthdays or small family get-togethers. Most of our staff have been cooking since they were young. We do not follow fancy recipes from expensive books; we just do what we know works for people. The morning starts early, around 4 AM usually, when the milk and vegetables arrive at the door. You can hear the big burners going from the street. We try to be quiet but it is hard when you are moving heavy metal pots around. The smell of sambar usually fills the air by 7 AM. People in Shakambari Nagar often stop by just to see what is cooking for the day. We do not really have a menu card that never changes. It depends on what is fresh at the market and what the customer wants for their event.
