Air Condition & Refrigeration Refrigerator & Freezer

Working out of Plot No. 270 in the 4th Phase of Peenya Industrial Estate means we are surrounded by a lot of heavy machinery and industrial noise. It is a busy part of town, and Air Condition & Refrigeration Refrigerator & Freezer fits right in. We have got a big space because we need it for all the units we work on. Refrigerators and freezers take up a lot of floor room, so the shop floor is always a bit of a maze. You have to watch your step so you don't trip over a cord or a toolbox. It’s usually a bit cooler inside our place than it is out on the Peenya streets, which is a nice perk of the job. We spend our days with grease on our hands and tools in our pockets. There is always something that needs fixing or a part that needs finding. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Most people just come to the side door or call us up when their cooling goes out. The air is always filled with the hum of motors being tested. We have got a small corner with a kettle where we make tea about four times a day. It keeps us going through the long shifts. Being in the 4th Phase, we have seen plenty of other shops come and go, but we have stuck around at Plot 270. It is hard work, but someone has to keep things cold.
