Our place is over in Malleshwaram on the 4th Cross. We’re on the first floor of building 46. It’s a busy neighborhood with lots of shops and people walking around all day. Aim Events has been running out of this space for some time now. Dealing with events means we spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different venues, but this is where we come back to plan things out. The office isn't massive, just enough room for the desks and all the folders we seem to collect. There’s always a bit of noise from the street below, but you get used to it. We handle all sorts of gatherings, big and small. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when deadlines are coming up, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't really into the whole big corporate vibe. We’re just local people who know how to put things together so they work right. If you’re coming by, the stairs are a bit steep, so just watch your step. We’ve got a small team here, and we all pitch in on whatever needs doing. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office because we'd rather focus on the actual work. It’s a straightforward setup. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through schedules and equipment lists. It's just how we operate.
