Aegis Bpo

Aegis Bpo is based over at 25 Virgo Nagar. This isn't one of those massive glass buildings you see in the tech parks with fancy lobbies. We have a more modest setup here. It’s basically a group of us handling calls and data work throughout the day. Virgo Nagar is a bit out of the way for some, but it works for us because it's quieter. The building is functional. We have rows of desks and computers. It gets pretty loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time and trying to be heard. We don't have a cafeteria or anything like that. Most of us just bring lunch from home and eat at our desks or go to the small tea shop down the road for a quick snack. The street is usually quiet, which is a nice change from the city center. We’ve been here for a couple of years now. People who work here mostly live nearby so they don't have a long commute on the bus. We don't do much in terms of self-promotion or marketing. We just have our contracts and we stick to them. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps the lights on. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and old hardware, but we know where everything is kept. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do a good job without making a big fuss about things. We just keep our heads down and work.
