My name is Achuthan C and I run things from No.17 in RMS Colony. We are specifically located in the 2nd Stage of Virgonagar. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the busy city center, which is something I actually quite like. The colony has a nice, calm feel to it most days. I’ve lived and worked in this area for a good while now, so I know the streets well. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of employees or anything like that. It’s just a small, focused setup where I handle my catering business. The building is just a regular house that I’ve adapted for my needs over the years. I don't see the point in having a fancy office when most of the work happens in the kitchen or at the client’s location. Virgonagar 2nd Stage is where I feel at home. People around here know me by name, and I know them. I don't spend money on big ads or glossy brochures. Most people find out about me through word of mouth from their neighbors. It’s an honest way to do business. I just focus on making sure the food is right and that I’m where I need to be when I say I’ll be there. Sometimes things get very busy and I have to work late into the night, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. It’s a practical, local business without any of the corporate fluff.
