Acceurated Freeze Drying Co Ltd is located out in Jigani Nagpada, on 3rd Peer Khan street 18 A/1. Being in an industrial area means it’s often noisy and dusty outside. Our building is a solid, practical place designed for the machines we use. We don't have a lobby with couches or fancy art on the walls. Most of the space is taken up by the drying equipment and the storage areas. It’s a lot of monitoring temperatures and checking gauges. We wear heavy shoes and spend most of the shift walking on concrete. The street outside is narrow, so deliveries can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. We’re usually a bit tired by the end of the day because the work is constant. We take our breaks in a small room in the back where it’s a bit quieter. We aren't looking to be famous or anything. We just focus on the process and making sure the quality is what it needs to be. It’s honest work in a tough part of town. When we finish a batch, there’s a good sense of accomplishment before we start the next one. We just keep the machines running and hope for a smooth day without any breakdowns.
