Our spot for Accenture Services Pvt.Ltd is Flat No 117 in the Kristal Halite-2 building. It's right in Bellandur, which anyone in Bangalore knows is a busy area to get to. Being in an apartment complex like Kristal Halite-2 makes the workspace feel a bit different than a huge office tower. It’s quieter once you get inside the gates of Ambalipura. We spend a lot of time here just handling the daily service tasks. The flat is basically our hub. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Bangalore-37 is a total nightmare, so we all have our shortcuts and favorite times to travel. We’ve got desks set up where there used to be a dining area probably. It works for us though. There’s a kitchen where we make way too much coffee every afternoon. The light coming through the windows in the morning is nice. It’s not a flashy setup with a big lobby or a receptionist greeting you. It’s just us working away on our laptops. We know the security guards at the gate pretty well by now. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we order food from the places around Bellandur when we’re staying late to finish up a project. It’s a decent place to be, tucked away in this residential part of the city. We don't have much to complain about, even with the long commutes.
