Aavishkar School Of Music Dance

We are located over on Abbigere Main Road at 44/5 in JP Nagar. This school is basically where we spend most of our days, surrounded by instruments and the sound of kids trying to get their dance steps right. It is not some high-end studio with mirrors everywhere and fancy lighting. It is just a practical space where people come to learn something new. You will often hear the drums being played in one room while a group is practicing traditional dance in the other. It gets a bit loud and messy, especially on the weekends when we have a full schedule. The building has been our home for quite a while now. Some of the floor mats are getting a bit thin, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it feels like a real place. We spend a lot of time tuning guitars and sweeping up after classes. Parents sit out in the small hallway and talk while they wait for their children. Sometimes the fan makes a clicking noise, but we just ignore it. It is a busy environment, but we like the energy. We do not have any big corporate goals; we just want to keep the music playing and the dancing going every day. It is just us here, doing our best to keep things organized in a neighborhood we know well.
