Our office is over in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar on 12th Main. Specifically, we are at 7th Cross and 2nd Cross, which is very close to the CBI Office. Most people use the CBI building as a landmark to find us because the interior roads here can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around RT Nagar. The office is just a plain room with some desks and a lot of paper forms. We spend our days mostly filling out these forms and talking to people about their different needs. It's not a very exciting job, but it’s what we know. We have a small waiting area with a couple of chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the trick. The ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just sit down with whoever comes in and go through the details one by one. Sometimes the rain makes the street outside quite muddy, so we have to remind people to wipe their feet at the door. Being near 12th Main means there are plenty of places to get a quick snack or a tea when we take a break. It's a quiet enough spot for the most part, and we just keep doing our thing day after day. It is mostly just a lot of signatures and phone calls.
