A I Champdany Industries Limited is based at 8/3, Palmgrove Road, in Victoria Layout. It’s a quiet part of town with a lot of old houses and big trees. Our office is in a spot that feels more like a home than a business. We’ve been involved in the textile and jute industry for ages. It’s an old business, and our office reflects that. We deal with a lot of raw materials and traditional manufacturing stuff. There are always samples of fabric or yarn sitting on the tables. The smell of old paper and maybe a bit of jute is always in the air. We don’t have a lot of fancy technology. We still use a lot of ledgers and physical files. It’s just the way we have always done things. The people who work here have been with the company for decades in some cases. We know our regulars and they know us. Victoria Layout is a peaceful place to work. We don't have the rush and noise of the city center. We just go about our business day by day. It’s a steady pace.
