Our office is tucked away at Kaggadasapura Maharana Pratap Chowk, right in the New Cidco area of Nasik. A B Initio Architects & Planners Pvt Ltd has been based here for a good amount of time, and we've seen Nasik change quite a bit from our windows. The office itself is pretty functional. We have large tables for spreading out blueprints and a few computers that have seen better days. It’s not the kind of place with glass walls or designer furniture. We’re more about the actual work of planning and designing buildings. Kaggadasapura is a busy spot, so there’s always the sound of traffic and people outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We spend a lot of time dealing with the nitty-gritty of local building codes and site measurements. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it’s what needs to happen to get a project off the ground. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or try to sound more important than we are. We're just a group of planners and architects who know our way around a drawing board. Usually, the office is filled with the sound of someone typing or the scratching of a pencil. We take our work seriously, but we’re pretty relaxed among ourselves. If a drawing isn't coming together, we just take a break and come back to it later. It's a straightforward way to work, and it seems to suit us just fine here.
