We are located in Banaswadi, right near the New Baldwin School on 3rd B Cross. It’s a busy spot especially when school lets out. Our kitchen is where everything happens. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and checking on the stoves. It gets hot in there. We started this because we liked cooking for large groups and it just kind of turned into a job. We don’t have a big front office because most of our work is done in the back or at the event places. You’ll usually smell whatever we’re cooking if you walk past. We try to keep things simple with the ingredients we find at the local markets. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights cleaning up. Sometimes things get hectic when there are two orders at once. We just handle it. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the stuff that works. Our team is small but we've been working together long enough to know who does what. It’s hard work on your feet all day. We make sure the food is ready on time because people get hungry. That’s pretty much what we do here in our corner of Banaswadi. We don't really do the whole social media thing much; we just focus on the pots and pans. People seem to find us just fine by word of mouth or by seeing us near the school. It is honest work and it keeps us busy.
