Ultratech Cement

Down here in Hospet, we handle things for Ultratech Cement out of our spot in Mj Nager. We share some space or work closely with Am Gurumurthi, who does the auditing side of things for us. It is a bit of a different setup than a giant factory, but it works for what we need to handle in the Bellary district. The area around Mj Nager is usually pretty lively during the day. We spend a lot of time looking over numbers and making sure the distribution side of the cement business stays on track. It is not always the most exciting work, sitting with ledgers and schedules, but it has to be done right. The heat in Bellary can be something else during the middle of the day, so we usually try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning. People around Hospet know us as the local point for the company. We do not have a big marketing team or anything; it is just a few of us making sure the accounts and orders match up. Sometimes the paperwork piles up when a big construction project starts nearby, but we just chip away at it until it is finished. Gurumurthi keeps a close eye on the details, which is good because things can get messy when you are dealing with so many deliveries. We like being in this part of Karnataka. It feels like home and the work keeps us grounded in the community. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
