Our office in Rewari is located at House Number 377 in Sector 4. It is a regular house that we have converted into a workspace for the cement business. Being in a residential sector makes it a bit quieter than being in the main market, which is nice when we are trying to focus on the accounts. Haryana can get very cold in the winter, so we usually have a small heater running to keep the dampness away. The staff here is small, just a few people who handle the local orders and coordinate with the trucks. We don't have a big corporate sign, just the house number on the gate. People sometimes get confused and think it is just a residence, but once they see the files and the desks inside, they figure it out. We spend a lot of time talking to local builders and seeing what projects are coming up in the area. The furniture is nothing special, just what we needed to get started. We keep the tea kettle busy all day. It is a very informal environment. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just know our cement and we know who needs it for their projects. Sector 4 is easy to navigate, so we don't get lost. It is a practical setup for a practical job. We just keep our heads down and work.
