Vidhya Nagar is where we set up. Specifically, we are at 20, Nheru Privu. It’s a decent area for a business like Sri Mahesh Cement Angencies. We have a lot of bags stacked up inside. It can be a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives. We try to keep things in order, but it’s hard when you’re busy. Usually, it’s just a couple of us moving stuff around. We use a small trolley for the heavy loads. The door stays open most of the day to let the air in. It gets stuffy otherwise. People from the neighborhood stop in to ask about prices or just to say hello. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the regulars. There is a lot of dust, that’s just part of the cement business. We don't wear suits or ties here. Usually just old shirts and sturdy boots. If you need us, we are usually in the back or near the counter. We don't have a big website or anything like that. Just this physical shop. It’s practical. We handle the orders as they come. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait. It’s a slow pace but we get the work done eventually. We like being part of the local scene here and seeing the town grow bit by bit. Sometimes we eat lunch right there on the cement bags.
