Raghav Enterprises is over in Bruce Pet, specifically in the BSNL Colony area of Cowl Bazaar. It’s a busy spot to be in. Cowl Bazaar always has something happening, with people walking by and the sound of the market nearby. We are tucked away in the BSNL Colony, which gives us a bit of a base to work from. We do various things here, mostly acting as a middle point for goods and services. It’s the kind of place where the desk is usually covered in papers and the phone rings more often than not. We aren't a big corporation with a bunch of rules; we just try to help out whoever walks in or calls. The building is older, but it works for us. Living and working in Bruce Pet means you get to know everyone on the street. It’s a tight-knit kind of place. We start our mornings early to beat the heat and the crowds. Sometimes the bazaar gets so crowded it’s hard to park, but we manage. We don’t have any polished mission statements. We just want to get through the day's tasks and make sure our customers are taken care of. It’s a regular shop run by regular people who’ve been in the neighborhood for years. That’s just how it is for us. We keep the shop open and take things as they come.
