Special Biryani

Special Biryani is our little shop located over in Auto Nagar, Belgaum. It’s not a fancy place by any means. We mainly focus on making the biryani every day and getting it out to people who are hungry. The area around here is pretty industrial, so we get a lot of workers and folks passing through 590001. We start early in the morning to get the pots going. The smell usually fills up the street after a few hours. We don't have much of a seating area, just some basic stools and a couple of tables. Most people just come in, grab their packets, and head out. We’ve been here for a while, and the locals know what to expect when they walk in. We don’t do any fancy marketing or social media stuff. The sign outside is a bit faded, but it’s still there. Sometimes we run out of food before the day is over, especially on weekends. It’s just how it is. We try to keep the prices fair so everyone can afford a meal. Running a biryani spot in Auto Nagar keeps us busy, but we like it that way. It’s hard work, standing by the heat all day, but seeing people enjoy the food makes it okay. Nothing complicated, just rice and meat. We just do our best with every batch we cook in the morning.
