Plus-One Machinefabrik

You can find us at Plot No. 25-26 within Survey No. 323 in Udyambag. This is a big industrial area, so we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. Plus-One Machinefabrik is essentially a machine shop where we spend our hours working with various types of equipment. There is always the sound of metal being cut or ground down. The floor is usually covered in those curly metal shavings that get stuck in your shoes if you aren't careful. We’ve been in this spot for several years and have seen the area grow quite a bit. Our setup isn't very fancy. We have our lathes, milling machines, and the usual tools you’d expect in a place like this. Most of the guys here have grease on their hands for the better part of the day. We don't spend much time in the front office because the real work is happening in the back. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it, but that is just part of owning a shop. We aren't trying to be a massive manufacturer. We just want to do a decent job on the pieces we are given. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on the task at hand. There’s no marketing talk here, just the smell of oil and the hum of the motors. We show up, do the machining, and head home when the job is done.
