You can find Ekantika Farms and Resorts Private Limited over in Belgaum. Our office is Flat No. 201 in the Dev Residence, which is on the 4th cross in Bhagya Nagar. It’s a decent spot in a good part of town. We spend most of our time here working on farm and resort plans. Being in Belgaum is nice because it’s not as crazy as Bangalore. We like the pace of life here in 590006. We aren't some big city firm with shiny suits. We’re just local folks who know the land around here. Our office is a bit small, but it fits us just fine. There are always papers piled up on the desks and a half-finished cup of tea somewhere. We deal with the day-to-day stuff like talking to farmers and looking at soil. It’s hard work sometimes, but we enjoy it. The neighborhood is friendly, and we know most of the people on our street. We don't go in for all those mission statements you see elsewhere. We just want to build something that lasts and makes sense for the area. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break until it comes back on. It’s a straightforward way of living and working. We just do what needs doing and hope people appreciate the effort. It’s mostly just about being consistent and showing up every morning to do the work.
