Conceptou Private Limited

We are based in Budhlada, which is a smaller town in the Mansa district of Punjab. Our office is on Cinema Road, right in Ward Number 11. It’s a busy little stretch of road, especially since we are near the Silai Centre. You can always hear the sounds of the town outside our windows, from the motorbikes going by to people chatting on their way to the shops. Conceptou Private Limited isn't in a big tech park or a high-rise building. We are right there in the heart of the local community. The office is simple and functional. We have our desks set up in a way that makes it easy to talk to each other without having to get up. The weather in Mansa can get pretty hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are running at full speed. It feels more like a local shop than a tech office sometimes because people from the neighborhood often stop by to say hello. We don’t use any corporate jargon here. We just show up, sit down at our computers, and do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes we have lunch together in the back room, usually whatever someone brought from home. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We like being on Cinema Road because everything we need is just a short walk away. It’s just us, working away in our corner of Budhlada.
