If you take a turn down Street No. 6 in Bhai Mati Dass Nagar, you’ll find us. We are just off Mansa Road, which stays pretty busy most of the time. Tech World India started because we saw a lot of people struggling with their gadgets and didn't have anywhere nearby to go. We aren't some big corporate chain from the city. It’s just a small shop where we handle computers and other tech stuff. The walls are lined with cables and old monitors we use for testing things. Sometimes the place looks like a bit of a mess with all the open towers and scattered screws, but I know where everything is. People from the neighborhood drop by just to ask a quick question or because their internet stopped working. I try to explain things in a way that makes sense, without using all those technical words that just confuse everyone. It’s a lot of sitting at a desk and looking at screens, but I enjoy the challenge of figuring out why a machine is acting up. The street can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, so we’re always wiping down the displays. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word usually gets around just by people talking to their neighbors. We open up early and usually stay late if someone really needs their laptop back for work the next day. It is just basic, reliable work for the local area.
