Our office is tucked away in Nai Basti over in Bathinda. Specifically, we are at 5345 Street Number 6. Being in Punjab, the weather gets really hot in the summer and quite cold in the winter, so we spend a lot of time adjusting the fans or the heaters. The street is usually busy with neighbors and local traffic. It's not a corporate park; it's just a regular building in a regular neighborhood. Sometimes the mail gets confused because the house numbering in Nai Basti can be a bit strange. We have some tea stalls nearby where we grab a quick drink. It’s a practical space. We don't have any fancy decorations. There are just desks and chairs and the usual office equipment. It can get a bit loud outside when there is a local festival or just the usual street noise, but we are used to it by now. The Bhana Mal Trust landmark helps a lot of visitors who aren't familiar with the inner streets of Street Number 6. It’s just a normal day-to-day work life here for us in Bathinda.
