Access Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is up on the first floor of Dhillon Market, Shop No - 1, right at Mehna Chowk. You have to walk up the stairs to find us. It’s a busy market area, so there’s always noise from the street coming up through the windows. We’ve been here for a good while now. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many boxes of cables and hardware tucked into every corner. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have our own system. Most of the time, we are busy answering calls or working on some piece of equipment that isn't behaving. We aren't corporate types who wear suits. We prefer comfortable clothes since we are often crawling under desks or moving heavy boxes. Mehna Chowk is a great place to be because everything is close by. If we need a part or a quick snack, it’s just a few steps away. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. Most of our customers come from word of mouth. Someone tells a friend we helped them out, and then that friend shows up a week later. That’s how we like it. It feels more personal that way. We just keep plugging away, one day after another, making sure we do right by the people who climb those stairs to see us.
