Our office for Ces I Pvt Ltd is on Street No 2 in Ganesha Basti. We’re at number 14236 here in Bathinda. It’s a regular street with a lot of activity, and we’ve become part of the local scenery over time. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a glass building. We’re just a small team working out of a modest space. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of notebooks. We tend to keep things pretty informal. If someone has an idea, they just shout it out. We don't do formal meetings unless we absolutely have to. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on getting through our to-do lists. Bathinda is a place where people appreciate honesty and hard work, and that’s what we try to provide. We don't use any marketing tricks or try to sound bigger than we are. We know our limitations and we just try to do our best within them. Some days the office is a mess because we’re so busy, but we eventually get around to tidying it up. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know the people and the local pace. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to run a decent business and be fair to everyone we deal with. It’s a straightforward way to live and work, and it suits us just fine. We just take one day at a time here.
