We are an IT solutions company, but our office looks like any other local business. There are wires running along the floor and the sound of server fans humming in the background. It gets a bit warm with all the machines running, so we usually have the windows open a crack to let some air in, even if it brings in the city noise. We spend our hours fixing code, checking servers, and answering technical questions. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. Most of us are in old t-shirts and jeans. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we’ve added pieces over the years as we needed them. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just do the technical work that needs doing.
