Auro Infotech

We are Auro Infotech, located at 6 B/1, North Station Road. Being near the station means there is always noise. You can hear the trains pulling in and the whistles throughout the day. It’s a busy part of Kolkata, 700109 to be exact. Our office is a small unit on the first floor. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful if you’re carrying anything heavy. We have a few desks squeezed in there. It’s tight, but we make it work. Most of the time, the air is filled with the sound of keyboards clicking. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. We drink a lot of coffee, mostly from the stall down the street because our kettle broke last month. The walls are covered with some old maps and a calendar that is usually a few months behind. It’s a practical place. We don’t spend much time worrying about how it looks to outsiders. As long as the electricity stays on and the internet is working, we are happy. North Station Road has a lot of energy. There’s always someone selling snacks or fixing a cycle right outside our building. It’s a good place to be if you like feeling connected to the city’s pulse. We’ve been here a while and don't plan on moving.
