We operate out of the Ruiya Madhyapara area, right near the Modern Club in Khardah. It is a local neighborhood where everyone seems to know each other. As developers, we spend more time out at the actual sites in Patulia than we do sitting behind a desk. Construction is a messy business, and we are usually covered in mud or dust from checking on the progress of our small projects. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls; we just have a simple place where we meet to talk about the plans and the materials we need. The area around Khardah is changing a lot, and we are just trying to do our part in building things that will last. It involves a lot of talking to the laborers and making sure the bricks and cement show up on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery gets stuck in traffic or the weather turns bad, and we have to scramble to fix the schedule. It is not always easy, and the hours are long, but we like being part of the local community. We are just regular guys who understand how to put a building together from the ground up. We take things as they come and try to keep our projects moving forward without too much fuss.
